Where we deliver
We ship orders across India, the United States, the United Arab Emirates, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, Singapore and Malaysia. This page shows the charges for your selected market: Malaysia.
Processing and delivery estimates
Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary by location, customs clearance and courier service. Tracking details will be shared by email, SMS or WhatsApp, wherever applicable, after dispatch.
International shipping charges for Malaysia
Charges are based on parcel weight and shown in MYR. The client-provided rate sheets list parcels up to 5 kg. Contact us for a quote for parcels above 5 kg or weights outside the listed bands.

Delays and undelivered orders
Delays may occur because of customs clearance, flight delays, courier disruptions, item unavailability, an incorrect shipping address, natural calamities or other unforeseen circumstances. If your order does not arrive within the expected delivery period, contact us with your order number and tracking details so we can investigate with the shipping partner.
Refunds or replacements for lost or undelivered orders are handled under Krishvi’s applicable policies and the outcome of the courier investigation.
Address details and reshipping
Please provide an accurate delivery address and contact information. If a package is returned after attempted delivery or because the address provided was incorrect or incomplete, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.
International orders and customs
Customs duties, import taxes and other charges for international shipments are borne by the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout. Charges and customs procedures vary by country and may affect delivery times.
